The Contents Specialists is a group of highly trained and practiced professionals who specialize in handling personal property affected by Fire, Water, Smoke or Mold.
Our expertise is utilized by insurance companies, homeowners, hospitals, businesses, commercial buildings, property management companies and home-owner associations when they need the Contents of a property professionally handled. When utilized, our specialists perform analysis of contents for environmental damages, document and inventory contents to ensure all items are accounted for, professionally package and handle the items, then safely transport your items to our Technical Cleaning Facility for secure storage. If items were damaged or contaminated due to the loss, our trained Cleaning Specialists will perform the necessary cleaning and repair procedures to return them to pre-loss condition.
If some items are non-salvageable or cannot be returned to “pre-loss condition,” they will be documented on a Total Loss Inventory list so the policyholder can be re-compensated for the items.
